About Jüri -
the Webmaster of The Sims of Shangriquama

So you want to know something about me? Or you want to know everything? Anyway, let's begin with the fact that I'm a 16-year-old/young guy
from a rather lovely small country called Estonia, which is located in Northeast Europe. Come on and visit Estonia sometime, it's a nice
place with beautiful nature and romantic old towns. :D
I was born on Christmas, a bit crazy, a hopeless optimist, in love with music and obsessed with it as well as with licorice. My favourite
music genres are jazz, folk, anti-folk, indie, alternative and from time to time rock, soul and pop.
Musicians and bands? There are many. A really huge bunch. You'll pretty much get an overview at
my Last.fm profile page but to name a few - Regina Spektor
(lovelovelovelove!!!), Indigolapsed, Arcade Fire, Kings of Convenience, Patrick Wolf, Kate Nash, The Ditty Bops, Arctic Monkeys, Hanne
Hukkelberg, Kaiser Chiefs, The Pipettes, Klaxons, Wir Sind Helden, The Kooks, Jamie Cullum and so on, and so on, and so on.
I don't spend much time watching TV, but I do have some favourite movies and TV-shows. My favourite movies are 'Spirited Away', 'Music and
Lyrics' ("I wanna show you the roof. It's upstairs!"), 'Once', 'Crossroads' (the one from 1986), 'Monsters INC', 'The Sound of Music' and
the favourite TV-shows are 'The Nanny', 'The Simpsons', 'Courage, the Cowardly Dog', 'The Golden Girls', 'Happy Tree Friends', 'South
Park', 'Drawn Together', 'Futurama', 'Spongebob Squarepants', 'Grey's Anatomy', and a few more. But as I already mentioned, I don't spend
too much time watching TV though.
I love big cities but also lovely seaside places! I have this weird attraction to islands, but I think you can tell that when you've looked
around The Sims of Shangriquama (starting with Shangriquama itself and ending with Peachwine Isle...). I'm also obsessed with hamsters and
totally pissed off that there are only some womrats in The Sims 2 Pets and no hamsters at all!!! The evil EA Games! :D
Once adult and out of university, I want to become an architect or an interior designer. Or both!!! I'd like to move to a warm country,
maybe Greece. Yes, Greece would be lovely. But then again, Estonia's a lovely place too... as well as Holland! Bah, decisions, decisions,
decisions. Luckily I'm still young and I have enough time to decide.
One more thing that needs mentioning is that I'm green or at least trying to become that. For those of you who don't know what it's all
about, then in simple words it's being environmentally friendly, like one of my friends once said. You know, worrying about global warming,
not consuming too much, sparing electricity and water, taking part in activities such as cleaning up forests from garbage and so on. I'd
like to suggest you doing the same since it's good for our planet :)
