I believe that what I did this time is simply too good to be made by me! :P
Seriously, I managed to create a modern familyhome that I am completely satisfied with. I like the whole look and every room separately and I also managed to use a maximum of Maxis-made objects and get the size of the zip smaller than 3 MB although the lot's not a tiny one. One more thing I like about this house is its cost which is exactly 99'000 Simoleons! How cool is that?
